Thanks to everyone for
all the positive response to the eLetter I sent
out last week. I enjoyed hearing from so
many of you. Keep the emails
coming! I appreciate
your comments.
Angele Harden has volunteered to assist
with the website. Thank you, Angele.
She will be posting the standings at the
first of each month, updating the membership page,
and adding pictures to the photo
gallery.
This is the game plan. The new
standings will be posted the first week of
November. Since we are so close to the end
of the year, the membership page will be updated
during January and February after renewals
come in. She is accepting photos, now.

Website Photo Submission
Guidelines |
 Images should be saved and
sent as "jpg" or "gif" format.
Photographs that are to be displayed on
the Web do not need to have a high resolution, so
there is no need to send pictures on the
highest setting. They should be 72 dpi and the
images themselves should not be any larger
than 640 x 480 pixels for
horizontal photos or 480 x 640 pixels for
vertical pictures.
We want both candid and posed pictures.
All photos must be identified -- Cat's full name
including titles, Sex, Color/Pattern, Breeder, and
Owner, plus other info such as call name, show
location, people in the photo, etc.
Don't fill up Angele's eMailbox with gigantic
photos. Please size them before you
send. |

Meet the Breeds -
10/17-18/09 |
Seven NASC
members and their cats were on hand for the first
CFA/AKC Meet the Breeds in New York City.
 Leslie
Herman, Linda Bartley, Judy Thomas, and John
Philpot manned the ASH breed booth.
I saw show pictures on Flickr. Some of the
booth areas were fantastic - matching cages,
huge banners, even canopies and tents!
Wow!
Get your creative juices flowing so that next
year we will have an even more
exciting breed booth for the ASH and
have more volunteers to greet the public and
promote our breed.
Did you take pix at the show? Send them
to Angele for the
website. |

We need interesting articles for the
site. Send them to me as Word docs or typed
into the body of an email.
Please write with your ideas and
